How to identify your version:

Global Version: Does not have the mmWave antenna and comes with a physical SIM card slot.

1) Covered in the policy
- BEFORE INSTALLATION: LCD or touch is not working properly (please connect this screen to the phone to run a light-up test before you formally make the installation)
- AFTER INSTALLATION: Touch not working properly after installed or installed within 1 MONTH
2) Not covered in the policy: Artificial damage on any part of the screen will void the warranty
IV. Return & Refund
1. If any problem when you receive the package, please feedback us within 7 days. After 7 days it is considered the products arrives in good condition
2. Email us before you ship out the warranty products to us to get guidance
3. Buyer will pay the cost of returning, seller will cover the cost of sending replacement
4. Please make sure the packaging is same as the condition when we send to you, replacement or refund will be offered after we finish our test
5. Usually it takes 1-3 working days to test after we receive your shipment, replacement or refund will conduct 1-3 working days after test
