Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number
- Go to your order details page in our store.
- Locate the Tracking Number (a string of letters and numbers like
SPX123456789).
- Check the logistics channel marked next to the tracking number (SPX / Ninja Van / J&T Express).
Step 2: Track via Official Links
Click the link corresponding to your logistics channel, then enter your tracking number to check the latest status.
