Warranty Policy

• 180 DAYS Warranty, details see below:

• BEFORE INSTALLATION: LCD or touch is not working properly (please connect this screen to the phone to run a light-up test before you formally make the installation)

• AFTER INSTALLATION: NO WARRANTY

• Not covered in the policy: Artificial damage on any part of the screen will void the warranty

 

Return & Refund

• If any problem when you receive the package, please feedback us within 7 days. After 7 days it is considered the products arrives in good condition

• Email us before you ship out the warranty products to us to get guidance

• Buyer will pay the cost of returning, seller will cover the cost of sending replacement

• Please make sure the packaging is same as the condition when we send to you, replacement or refund will be offered after we finish our test

• Usually it takes 1-3 working days to test after we receive your shipment, replacement or refund will conduct 1-3 working days after test
