1. How to place an order?

Before ordering, please create an account with us

Buy it now, input your address and contact then check out (if need different products, you can tap Add to cart)

2. How do I check my order status or view my order?

You will be able to check the status and details of your current and previous orders by visiting My Account > My Order after you log in.

3. I'm having trouble placing my order, what can I do?

If you are experiencing issues with your order, our Customer Service Team are here to help you. Please contact us via "Chat" button on our Web, or email us at support@cellmaxs.ph. We are here to assist you.

4. Can I change my order?

No, we currently do not allow you to make changes once an order has been placed at customer side, if you need to change please chat with our customer service within 12 hours after orders placed

PRICING & PAYMENT FAQS

1. What is the price and currency?

All of the prices are in PHP and only for goods value, not including shipping and other cost.

2. Which payment options are available?

We currently accept COD as methods of payment only. We are working towards accepting credit card payments and bank remittance directly in future. Please check with us soon for any further updates. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY FAQS

1. Where is my product ship from?

Order will be shipped domestically if we have available stock in the Philippines, while if no stock then we ship from China and you will get our message thru INBOX or your registered email. 

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on the shipping method you choose, if you have requirements for the delivery time, please choose the fastest delivery shipping method (DHL).

3. When my order will be shipped out ?

Normally we will ship it out within 2- 3 days after order was processed, only when the products in high demand or out of stock will take more time.

4. Where can I find my order tracking number?

The tracking number will be updated on your order by shipping code, just view your order you will find it. And you can track it directly on our site or at this link: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-ph/tracking

TAXES & DUTIES FAQs

1. Who will pay the custom duties or taxes if the order is shipped from China?

It is paid by Receiver. Cellmaxs is responsible for arranging the shipment of your order. However, it’s your responsibility to pay any duties and taxes charged by customs in your country and prepare the required clearance documents.

 

2. Could you please calculate how much custom charge will I pay?

Sorry we cant calculate as different products has different custom policy. Currently order from China under P10,000 value will be 0 tax, so better make your order under this amount
